Expedition Ship

Savannah was designed and constructed by our associated companies and is currently in Brisbne awaiting sale. She is designed for the Owner Operator of for Charter and her accommodation permits both these roles.

She is designed and constructed for Maritime NZ unlimited operations and is water tight subdivided into five zones.

150 tonnes, deep, she is capable of 10,000 nm range, operations from minus 60 degrees South to + 60degrees North -she will provide the genuine "Expedition" experience

Sea Tamer

Sea Tamer is a passive roll stabiliser tank which can be retrofitted to existing vessels of included in new designs. The higher the tank is placed the more effective is the mass of stabilising liquid.

These tanks can come with computer controlled active baffles for optimising performance which is particularly useful with large displacement changes.

* IMAGE Sea Tamer was successfully installated on the wheelhouse roof for the fishing vessel Ocean Breeze

* IMAGE Sea tamer with active computer controlled baffles was incorporated into the design of the Savannah. The tank is placed aft under the superstructure roof, disguised by two domes.
